The Global PMO is responsible for the management of key initiatives across all regions. We partner with all business functions as well as IT to ensure successful delivery of projects that deliver significant business value.

The role of the Global Operations Project Manager is to deliver internal projects in accordance with priority established by regional and PMO leaders. This role will provide leadership to project teams that consist of business, IT, and in some cases, third party resources.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:


•Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of internal projects of all sizes and complexity; to project scope, schedule, cost, risk management.

•Responsible for successful delivery of projects through the entire project lifecycle in accordance with Insight Global PMO methodologies, processes and standards. Measuring project performance, managing risk and ensuring the maintenance of comprehensive project documentation.

•Responsible for achieving high stakeholder satisfaction through strong delivery management and communication with team members and stakeholders alike

•Manage assigned internal and external resources to achieve project success

•Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members and stakeholders

•Experience in SAP, Warehouse, Manufacturing or Supply Chain

Required skills:

Degree required in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Excellent communication

3-4 years in a project manager or coordinator role

Experience with MS Project

Desirable:

Professional Project Management Certification (PRINCE 2, PMP, MPS)

Related business / IT related certifications (e.g. ITIL, CISSP)
