Position Overview

We are seeking a Zebra Printer Support Technician to work onsite at our client providing white glove customer service and technical troubleshooting. You'll have the opportunity to work onsite in Parsippany, NJ and Whippany, NJ with one of Insight's largest program accounts in a role interacting with clients face to face. You'll work with a great team and grow your technical skills.

Required:

• Proven extensive experience providing Zebra printer technical support, including, but not limited to, installation, set up, configuration, evaluation, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair
• Maintain and manage inventories, warranties, deployments, and replacements
• Create and maintain documentation
• Service Now ticketing system experience

Preferred:

• AD administration – distribution lists access and creation, creating service accounts, HP user accounts provisioning, resource mailboxes access and creation, misc. permissions, reset passwords
• SCCM – software distribution and remote control
• Knowledge of O365, Office 2010, Windows 10, Windows 7

• Meet the minimum qualifications and requirements of the position;
• Have completed twelve (12) months service in their current position; six (6) months of service in warehouse roles;
• Not be under a disciplinary evaluation or suspension period;
• Have satisfactory performance in their current position;
• Have their current manager/supervisor recommendation
