Job Summary

This position is responsible for marketing select Henry Schein One SaaS solutions. The role will involve strategy, planning, building, launching, managing, and assessing the performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive pipeline growth and booked revenue.

As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will?partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Content and Demand Generation teams to maximize prospects and customers awareness and utilization of our platform.

What you will do

  • Create a customer-centric mentality within Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Analyze customer purchasing behaviors and work with Product Marketing to develop a journey for each persona.
  • Work across teams to assess all touchpoints (website, email, direct mail, advertising, social media, events, etc.) and craft a strategy for how to utilize each most effectively.
  • Develop, manage, and measure the success of multi-channel lead generation, nurturing and qualification campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) driving revenue growth.
  • Manage campaign calendar and maintain excellent communication with key stakeholders regarding results and past/present/future initiatives.
  • Promote a range of value propositions spanning from outcomes-based messages, thought-leadership content, product demonstrations, discount programs, etc.
  • Support the creation of content (webinars, case studies, videos, etc.).
  • Closely monitor campaign performance and rapidly pivot strategies to maximize results. 
  • Test new marketing tactics and expand successful ones to new solutions, as applicable. 

Qualifications

 

Must have:

  • Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 1 or more years of management experience.
  • Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
  • 10+ years of B2B or B2C lead generation experience, increasing in responsibility and complexity
  • 1+ years of people management experience
  • Expertise in assessing customer personas and buying journeys to optimize lead generation and qualification strategies.
  • Experience developing and managing multi-touch, integrated B2B/B2C marketing campaigns that include email, landing pages, advertising, paid/organic search, paid/organic social, events, content creation, etc.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing marketing programs tied to specific goals (e.g., awareness, engagement, MQLs, revenue).
  • Strong and documented ability to articulate campaign plans and results to stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently orchestrate, prioritize and manage multiple projects, from concept through implementation.
  • History of testing new marketing tactics and expanding the reach of successful ones.
  • Dental or healthcare marketing experience (Desired)
  • (ABM) Account Based Marketing experience (Desired)
  • Strong management and leadership skills and ability to attract, retain, motivate, develop and mentor team members for high performance
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to resolve disputes effectively
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Excellent independent decision making, analysis and problem solving skills
  • Understand and act on financial information that contributes to business profitability
  • Ability to plan and manage successful projects; understand available resources, develop timeline, budget, assign tasks and areas of responsibility
  • Lead team(s) to achieve company goals in creative and effective ways
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills and techniques
  • Communicate effectively with senior management
  • Good negotiating skills and ability to effectively manage outsourced relationships
  • Ability to influence, build relationships, understand organizational complexities and manage conflict
  • Broad professional and managerial skills with a good understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures
  • Ability to lead virtual teams

Nice to have:

  • Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.

The posted range for this position is $95,000-$120,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a 12.5% bonus not reflected in the posted range.
