Position Summary
The New Adventures Early Learning Teacher Aide is responsible for assisting in the general supervision and management of a class of children. This is an entry-level position working under the direction of the Teacher and/or Teacher Assistant. This position requires an understanding of the growth, development, and needs of children. Internal contacts are within the work group. External contacts include parents/families of children of and are general in nature.Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Must have these certifications within 90-days of hire: First Aid, CPR, and Food Handling certification
- Previous experience working with children preferred
- Have or willing to obtain education or training in Early Childhood education
- Minimum of eighteen (18) years of age
- Meets WA State requirements to work in a licensed child care facility

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $18.38 - $26.46 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
