ELS is hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant-Campground Environment in Fall City, Washington.

Administrative Assistant - Campground Environment

What you'll do:

This position supports the Property Manager in all aspects of property

management and serves as a liaison between fellow team members, guests and vendors.

Your job will include the following tasks:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, credit card reconciliation, petty cash, checkbook tracking.

  • Research and create vendor contracts,manage insurance requirements and docusign.

  • Assist at ranger station with guest check in.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer-related issues, including all customer requests and concerns that need to be addressed.

  • Assist Rangers with trouble shooting and resolving booking and billing issues.

  • Assist with guest arrivals & check-ins.

  • Track and book online monthly reservations for campers, employees and RV Storage as needed.

  • Order park supplies for maintenance, housekeeping, guest check in, office as needed.

  • Complete Market Survey and Review.

  • Prepare customer correspondence as needed and follow up with Guest Relations.

  • Organize and maintain office files with current and accurate information.

  • Assist and participate in yearly Customer Service and Departmenttraining sessions as requested.

  • Monitor on line Customer Reviews and tracking.

  • Assist where needed throughout the park in the event of staff shortages.

  • Perform various administrative tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.

Skills & experience you need:

  • High school diploma. Some college or technical schooling helpful.

  • Previous campground, hotel, resort, bookkeeping experience helpful.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to take ownership.

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills when interacting with customers and staff.

  • Passionate and driven, but can still have fun

  • Meticulous attention to detail.Ability to drill down, obtain information in a timely manner.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other web-based applications including email and financial systems. Nexus Accounting and New Book Reservation systems a plus.

  • Strong math and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience performing administrative tasks with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing based on manager and guest needs.

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. We are open 24/7/365

Estimated Compensation Range: $20/hr - $22/hr

Estimated compensation for this position in the states of CA, WA, NY, and CO, is:

Hourly: $20.00 - $22.00
