Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Global Marketing Operations Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing operations with a global perspective, along with proficiency in marketing automation, marketing performance tracking (ROI, KPIs, results against objectives/goals), dashboard creation/maintenance, lead and demand funnel management, email marketing, customer success communications, martech stack management, and leveraging the latest ML/AI technology for digital marketing. This role will also require expertise in Salesforce CRM, Marketo, Demandbase or 6Sence, and ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing operations strategies on a global scale, aligned with marketing strategy, company objectives and regional nuances.
  • Drive the planning, execution, and optimization of all marketing measurement and performance tracking, inclusive of campaign, program, and financial/budget metrics
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, customer success communications, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage ML/AI technology to enhance marketing effectiveness, personalize customer interactions, and drive targeted campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize marketing technology stack, including Salesforce CRM, Marketo, Demandbase or 6Sence, and ZoomInfo.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to derive actionable insights, optimize campaign performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent and advocate for marketing operations with internal stakeholders including sales and channel operations as well as business applications/operations teams
  • Partner with and or manage external bench of partners including vendors and consultants engaged in retained to provide managed services or occasional projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing colleagues, sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of marketing processes, procedures, and best practices, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in global marketing operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in marketing operations, with a global scope and responsibility for email marketing and customer success communications.
  • Experience building and or optimizing contemporary, best practice-based marketing operations function
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketo, Demandbase or 6Sence, and ZoomInfo.
  • Proven track record of successfully leveraging ML/AI technology for marketing initiatives in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Team leadership experience both as a people manager and marketing leader shaping strategic direction of function
  • Ability to clearly communicate deadlines, expectations, roles/responsibilities, and build coalition for decisions and initiatives
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies on a global scale.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
