ResponsibilitiesWork closely with international teams to develop new features.Engineering excellence and commitment to writing code that's not only functional but also well-designed, testable, and maintainable. Utilize best practices to build robust solutions.Bring craft to product, build features that are not just functional but feel great to use, prioritizing aesthetics and user experience.Show initiative to learn and do whatever it takes to implement features fully, whether it involves diving into native code or learning new technologies.Analyze feature performance in production to continuously improve the product.Engage in mentorship, code reviews, and knowledge sharing to foster the professional growth of the team.Invest in the growth of junior team members, guiding them to reach their full potential.Embody our Culture & Values
