The Associate Connections Planner, Paid Media supports the team with general functions related to media planning, buying, execution and evaluation of campaign performance. This individual will work to develop a knowledge base across a variety of media types including traditional, digital and emerging tactics.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Support the development of media plans, flowcharts and presentations.

  • Distribute RFPs to vendors and aid in vendor communication, evaluations and negotiate proposals as needed.

  • Proactively follow media partner opportunities through attending vendor meetings and/or industry news.

  • Active participant in tactical ideation sessions/media brainstorms.

  • Assist in media plan implementation. (Examples include: sending insertion orders, traffic digital assets working with the Client Engagement, Project Management, Data & Innovation team).

  • Engage in research such as pulling competitive reports and basic audience development and analysis.

  • Perform client reporting inclusive of pulling analytics data to monitor media activity.

  • Utilize third-party ad serving tool Google Ad Manager and media research tools such as MRI/Simmons, Nielsen, comScore, Kantar and DCM.

  • Audit delivery and reconcile vendor invoices.

  • Develop case studies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field preferred.

  • Passion for, and interest in, all media channels including traditional, digital and emerging.

  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Works well under pressure with strong attention to detail.

  • Self-motivator and ability to adapt quickly to change.

  • Curious with a strong desire for continuous learning.

  • Be a hand raiser, willing to dive in to help solve team challenges.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
