    Job Description

    This position is responsible for the manufacturing of product, including but not limited to, filling and packaging machine operations. Production operators are accountable for the manufacturing of Coca-Cola products in accordance with product specifications and conformance to quality standards of the Company.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Operates Filler/Packaging/Palletizing and all other product manufacturing equipment.
    • Check for proper seals, filling or damaged product.
    • Operate equipment through proper program controls.
    • Rework product as necessary.
    • Perform preventive maintenance measures and clear jams on machines as needed.
    • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices.
    • Comply with all Safety Policies and Procedures.
    • Comply with all Coca-Cola Quality System procedures.
    • Ability to understand, record, and communicate system problems and solutions.
    • Demonstrate good attendance.
    • Any other duties as assigned to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of products, processes and work environment.

    Job Requirements

    • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
    • Must be able to multi-task in a fast- paced, stressful environment with minimum supervision
    • 1-year experience in a production position strongly preferred
    • Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays.

    Physical Demands

    • Ability to squat and bend over at the waist.
    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in temperature extremes on a daily basis up to 12 hours.

    Work Environment

    • Varying temperature levels as product may be located in a cooler or on the warehouse floor.
    • Occasionally works in high, precarious places, and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
    • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, occasionally high due to multiple forklift horns or outside related environmental noises.
