TheFinance Intern - Accounts Payablewill work 20 hours per week and up to 40 hours during summer break under the supervision of the Finance Operations Manager.

What You'll Do:

• The Accounts Payables Intern assists in the supplier correspondence, processing of invoices via API
• Works under the Finance Analyst to help with accounts payables processes
• Reconciles vendor statements
• Resolved RNI items
• Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets
• Run weekly reports
• Assist specialists in daily tasks

What You'll Need:

• Pursuing a 4-year degree in accounting or finance
• Excellent written and verbal English language and communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Excel functions and formulas
• High-energy level paired with curiosity and keen desire to learn and understand business acumen in a dynamic, aggressively growing company
• A desire to work in a team-selling environment and willingness to drive sales through market research efforts
• Self-motivated with high-achiever mentality, entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and work ethic

Where you'll work:

This is a hybrid role. Office location: Bellevue, WA. Preference for candidates located in the greater Seattle area.

Pay and Benefits:

The hourly pay for this position is up to $20/hr. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
