The Commerce Bank of Washington, a division of Zions Bancorporation is currently seeking the optimal candidate to fill a Treasury Management Operations Specialist position in Seattle, WA. This position is in office.This individual will be responsible for ensuring a high level of client support and maintaining the back-office administration for all TM products and services. The ideal candidate will have a banking background with a working knowledge of TM products including Merchant Services, Card Services, Account Analysis, Remote Deposits, Positive Pay, ACH, Internet Banking and more.
Job Description: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Customer Service: Primary client support (Tier 1) for all Treasury Management products and services. This will include fielding client requests, both via phone and e-mail. This will also include acting as subject matter expert for internal staff and liaison to Relationship Managers.
*Back Office Operations: Maintain and board new client relationships through administrative systems. Conduct new product implementation and training of products and services via WebEX or onsite. Responsible for quality control of submitted applications and documentation.
*Administrative Tasks: Responsible for general ledger reconciliation of department accounts and reviewing of reports that require action on a daily, monthly or quarterly basis. Upkeep related to access database repositories. Administer reports via MS access and excel to provide KPI and dashboard reporting to senior management.
*Backup other department responsibilities to include ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting or a related field preferred. Must have at least a high school diploma
*Banking industry experience preferred but not required. Full training is available for this role
*Positive team attitude with the ability to get along well with other staff members
*Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize, manage multi-tasks and meet frequent deadlines
*Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel
*Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience preferred
Reports to: Treasury Management Operations Manager
Hours: Position is a full-time (40 hours) 8-5 PM, Monday through Friday excluding Banking Holidays. Overtime may be required throughout the year.
Benefits:
*This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of
oLevel I: $18.69 to $24.94
oLevel II: $18.87 to $31.00
