The Data Analytics Team is a global team that functions as a strategic partner and key AI initiative leader within GTFS, working closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and engineering resources to extract insights from data and support decision automation, envision and deliver AI innovations, and other forms of data-driven decision-making. As a Senior Manager, Global Treasury & Financial Services, your initiative and eagerness to master new processes and business areas will be instrumental. Your ability to dissect data to unearth insights and identify opportunities for leveraging Machine Learning (ML), generative AI, and automation are crucial. ResponsibilitiesLead and scope a portfolio ofprojects.Outline alternative approaches andidentifypros, cons, risks and provide recommended approaches. Collaborate across internal and external teams to envision AI solutions and ensure alignment. Develop a deep understanding of GTFS business and leverage this expertiseto articulate and recommend data driven strategies. Independently write efficient, readablecode/models. Developexpertisein proper modeling, coding, and/or debugging techniques such aslocating, isolating, and resolving errors and/or defects. Define and design feedback and evaluation methods on models. Ensure clear linkage between model and desired business objectives. Identifydata sources, integrate multiple sources or types of data, applyexpertisewithin a data source to develop methods to compensate for limitations and extend the applicability of data. Validate,monitor, and drive continuous improvement to methods, and propose enhancements to data sources that improve usability and results. Maintainadeep knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and advances to drive innovation and developnew solutions, includingcurrent and emerging methodologies inautomation,AI,and ML. Interpret data and communicate/simplify concepts for non-technical audiences. Supportand educate citizen developers with limited coding experience. Embody our culture and values
