DS - Digital MarketingJob Responsibilities:
In collaboration with sales, marketing and the product teams, the DM Consultant's are responsible for provide pre-sales support to the digital sales team and demonstrating digital marketing solutions to dealer prospects as well as existing clients for up-sell opportunities. Support cross-sales team communication of Digital Marketing to achieve sales goals and ensure accurate representation of ADP Digital Marketing products and Services
Conduct weekly on-going scheduled DM solution presentations/demos (open to dealers and internal folksParticipate in DM remote presentations/demos scheduled by DSM's for regional clientsParticipate in DM onsite presentations/demos as requested and approvedProvide pre-sales solution configuration recommendations and support (what works with what, can it do this, feature/functionality, best practices, OEM specifics, etc.)Digital Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide client facing consultation and deliver total solution positioning.Refer baseline and RSM inquiries for digital to the appropriate DSM and provide the same digital pre-sales support as necessaryAttend regional weekly DOS meetings with assigned team as necessaryAttend Baseline/RSM meetings as necessary to leverage digital visibilityAttend events/conferences to provide demo support as necessary (Digital Dealer, NADA, National Sales Meetings etc.)Customer Touch - provide pre-sales deep dive support to baseline reps (Solutions Consultant team is not trained to provide any pre-sales support on CT)BOL - provide pre-sales deep dive support to baseline and RSM reps as necessary (Solutions Consultant team is trained to provide high level workflow discussion on BOL)Log all activity into Salesforce Advantage for weekly capacity and resource reporting and DSM visibilitySupport Product Marketing in launch planning and sales education as necessary to include features, advantages, value propositions, etc.Provide solutions education as necessary to their DM region after the Product Marketing launch has occurredProvide market and competitive intelligence and input through Product Marketing to Product Management for future roadmap considerationsProvide industry intelligence articles and proof statements to assist in telling the digital storyProvide Request for Proposal (RFP) support to Product Marketing and DSM's as necessaryMaintain SME areas of expertise within the overall Digital Marketing solutionQualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic):
This Solutions Consultant position requires a BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Business Management or related field or the equivalent of professional education/experience directly related to the automotive industry, i.e., Automotive Dealership experience. Excellent presentation and organization skills required.
Two to three years experience using or supporting ADP Dealer Services and Cobalt Products is strongly preferred, but not required. Digital Marketing & Digital Advertising familiarity is a significant plus! Must be proficient in various application software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
